Meet AudioHipster

Doyen is a true gear head.  He comes from a long line of musicians, teachers... and has been recording quality music since 2002.  He grew up in Eastern Kentucky, where he and his three brothers and three sisters were raised in a music environment, his mother Martha Keaton was a music teacher and taught piano in the home.  Doyen played bass in the family band since his early teens. and took flute and sax in school, he has had private instruction from classical to jazz from Steve Freeman, Jimmy Herring and many others; he has been playing music since diapers (not a sight you want to see.)  Doyen believes it is all about the music and it is reflected in its truest form.  His focus is on quality and making sure each artist is completely happy with his/her end product.  It is not finished until he sees a smile on your face, of course all before venturing into one of his infamous “Abbey Ales.”

”It’s rare when technology combines with personal attention to camaraderie and detail. With correct balance, and societal/cultural motivations, the results are not just hoped for: they become a reality.  Such has been my experience over the years with AudioHipster, Inc., and with Doyen and Carla Keaton in particular [Loganville, GA]. The man has Ears likened to the eyes of an Eagle.  His/their hearts are bigger than Life.”    J. Suss
